Hestia Governed Intake

Hestia Governed Intake is an owner-operated tool for checking approved intake locations against a Master Asset Register. It supports controlled registration and audit before any separate approval to publish or promote an asset.

Google Drive access

The tool requests read-only access to Google Drive metadata. Google grants this scope across the consenting account, while the tool is configured to enumerate only the specifically approved Hestia intake location. It reads metadata such as file identity, name, parent folder, type, timestamps, revision, size, checksum and link. It does not request Google Drive file contents or permission to change Drive files.

Who uses it

This is a private workflow for the account owner and authorised Hestia operators. It has no public sign-up or upload feature.
